1. Essential
Required for the site to function. Includes a record of your consent choice and security tokens. These cannot be disabled. No third parties receive this data.
2. Analytics
Off by default. When enabled, aggregate, de-identified usage data is collected to understand which pages perform. The firm does not currently deploy any third-party analytics that fall under California's definition of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Marketing
Off by default. Reserved for future attribution of introductions originating from outbound campaigns. No marketing cookies are active today.
4. Global Privacy Control
The firm honors the Global Privacy Control browser signal. When detected, analytics and marketing categories are automatically opted out, consistent with California law.
5. Session recording and chat (CIPA)
The firm does not use session replay, chat transcription, or any tooling that would intercept the content of a communication on this site. Should that change, prior consent will be obtained.
6. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Substantial changes will prompt a renewed consent banner.
